The greens are highly challenging with subtle undulations throughout. The 7th and 18th holes, where the placement of the ponds and the greens are well matched, are challenging due to their superb scenery and outstanding strategic features. In particular, the 18th hole was rated by Jumbo Ozaki as the best middle hole in Japan. The signature hole of the Rokko Course is the 18th hole, a challenging par-4 with three ponds and a left dogleg layout. This hole is known for its difficulty and beauty, making it a fitting finishing hole for a championship course.
