Course Description

Chiba Isumi Golf Club is located in a gentle hilly area of Boso Peninsula, and 27 holes are beautifully laid out on a site of 150 square meters in total area. At the time of opening in 1979, it started with a total of 18 holes in the east course and the south course, and opened the west course in August 89, becoming the current 27 holes. The entire course has few blind holes, and the average length of the par 4 middle hall is 400 yards, which is slightly longer, but the width of the fairway is as wide as 40m, so it is possible to swing waveringly. Based on the concept of "straight, how far to fly", this is a full-fledged course that pursues the origin of golf. The east course begins with a slow downhill par 4 followed by a variety of tough holes. What is impressive is the 5th hole par 5, the 8th hole par 4 and the 9th hole par 5 up 3 holes. How to get through here is the point of score making. The south course has many holes with appropriate ups and downs, which is the key to capture. The first hole starts from a long par with 575 yards, and the third hole of par 3 over the valley has a 90-yard width of the valley and the point of per save is how to read the wind of the day. The west course, which was added in 1989, is a nine-hole where the concepts of designer Kokichi Yasuda and Shiro Kawamura lived. Each of the flat and majestic halls has bunkers and hazards carefully arranged, and the way in which the holes are attacked changes slightly depending on the tee ground used. The No. 6 hall is beautiful with colored leaves and you can fully enjoy the changes of the four seasons. The course maintenance section of the "National Best Course Reader Ranking" for golf magazines has been ranked No. 1 nationwide in 2014, and maintenance has been maintained on every corner of the fairway and green. You can have a pleasant round on the course always kept in the best condition. The driving range has 21 bats and a 220 yard driving range. Staff and caddy service levels are high and players have a good reputation.
