Course Description

Making the most of the majestic terrain and nature of Aso, strategic 18 holes

Trial Golf & Resort ASO COURSE (formerly Aso Tokyu Golf Club) is a strategic 18-hole hillside course that takes advantage of the magnificent nature of Aso. The layout takes advantage of the gentle hilly terrain at the foot of Mt. Located in a national park, the course is surrounded by rich nature.

Overall, the fairways are wide and driver can be used aggressively on many holes. Many bunkers are placed around the greens, so accurate shots are required.

The greens are relatively fast, and reading the slope and turf is the key to success.

The front 9 has the feel of a woodland course. The 1st hole is a par 5 with a great view, and the 7th hole requires good course management with beautiful scenery and strategically placed bunkers. The back 9 begins with the 10th hole over a valley. The 16th hole is a challenging hole requiring a shot over a lake. The strategically placed trees in key locations make the course challenging. The passenger carts are equipped with GPS navigation systems, so you will want to take advantage of them.

The clubhouse is a serene building with a luxurious floor and a reputation for sophisticated service, and the restaurant serves dishes made with fresh local ingredients.
