It is a 20-minute drive from Narita Airport. Airplanes fly right over the course, so you may feel noisy at times, but the planes flying away are dynamic and exciting. Designed with the concept of harmony with nature, the course is flat throughout and has many holes with a woodland-style feel. The course is strategically designed in an American style with Bent One greens and eight lakes. The fairways are undulated with mounds throughout. The landing area of the tee shot is particularly narrow, so you need to consider where to aim and what club to use for the second shot. This is a strategic hillside course. Mounds are placed throughout the course and the fairways are undulated. The landing area of the tee shot is particularly narrow, so you need to consider where to aim and what club to use for the second shot. Another feature of this course is the large, long, narrow and undulating greens. The longest green is over 50 yards long and each green has a moderate slope, so putting is difficult but interesting.
3rd Par 5 535 yards, A dogleg to the right with a downhill second shot and an uphill third shot. Long hitters can hit the green in 2, but the narrow, elevated green with OB immediately behind, a bunker in front and a lake in front of it make this hole difficult. The second shot is downhill, so it is safe to lay up in front of the lake instead of aiming over the lake. The third shot is not easy as well. 7th Par 4 433 yards, A dogleg to a right angle with a big pond on the right side. The landing area off the tee is very tight due to the trees on the left side of the fairway. The placement of the trees, the cedar grove on the greenside and the pond is exquisite and gives this hole an exquisite view.
9th Par 4 371 yards, A beautiful hole with a gentle dogleg to the right along a lake. The hole is short and birdie is possible, but if the pin position is on the right front, the water is right in front of the green, so a nervous shot is required. 16th Par 4 399 yards, The tee shot is downhill and the second shot is uphill; if the first shot bends to the right even a little, it will end up in the rough, which is a level lower than the fairway. The second shot from the rough on the right side is extremely uphill, and the left side of the vertical green is OB and there is a grass bunker on the right side, so the rough on the right side should be avoided at all costs. 18th Par 3 184 yards, A superb par 3 over a valley which is at least 50 meters deep. There are hazards not only in front of the green but also on both sides and a grass bunker at the back. Moreover, the green slopes sharply from left to right, so you cannot be too careful even if you hit the green in regulation. This is a wonderful hole that makes excellent use of its natural location.
