Course Description

Spreading out at the foot of the Nasu Mountain Range  surrounded by natural forest

Nasu Kokusai Country Club, designed in the magnificent resort area of Nasu, is a historic course that will celebrate its 60th anniversary in May 2022.

The Club is a historic and prestigious golf course adjacent to the Nasu Imperial Villa, where you can enjoy highland resort golf.

The course is cool in the summer and attractive in the fall when the leaves change color, and the Nasu Mountain Range can be viewed from the course, making it a refreshing place to play.

The course was designed by Ryokuzo Asami, who has designed prestigious golf courses, and Seizo Tomizawa, a famous designer of the same era. You will be able to enjoy the beauty of each season while listening to the chirping of wild birds.

The clubhouse has a luxurious atmosphere, and guests can stay overnight in the attached lodge. The "Goyo-no-yu" hot spring located in the lodge is a great place to relax after a long day of golfing.

It takes about 2 hours from Tokyo by car or train, and a free shuttle bus (reservation required, first 20 passengers) operates from Nasu Shiobara Station, making it easy to visit the club.

Nasu Kokusai Country Club is the perfect place to enjoy exhilarating play and beautiful scenery. It is an attractive option for golf enthusiasts!

The "Monkey Slide (high speed) Green," which is synonymous with the course, is popular among players as it sometimes troubles them, sometimes entertains them, and sometimes makes them want to try again and again.
