54 holes, Hosted JLPGA Tournament
Located in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido, this golf course has a vast site spread over a total area of 2.8 million m2. It is a big 54-hole, PAR216 golf course that takes advantage of natural undulations and is designed to enhance players' strategic thinking.
Formerly known as Sapporo Kitahiroshima Prince Golf Course, the course hosted a women's tournament, the Toyosuisan Ladies, for three consecutive years starting in 2001.
Designers: The West and East Courses were designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and the South Course was designed by Michael Paulette. The course is casual yet highly strategic and popular among golfers because of its proximity to Sapporo city.
Each course has its own unique design: the South Course, which requires accurate shots, the East Course, which takes advantage of natural undulations, and the West Course, which is a one-way course.
